Farm located in the Delicias Arriba sector, Changuinola, Bocas del Toro Province, on the banks of the Sixaola River, 20 km from the Guabito border post, with an area of ​​11 ha + 551.42 m2, with a totally mountainous and jungle topography. The farm is bordered by a ravine with abundant water, and is located in an area that offers waterfalls and nature trails.
